1. Packages and Memberships

Purchase and Payment

All packages and memberships must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice.

No Refund Policy
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any unused treatments or canceled memberships.

Transferability:

Membership packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.

In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies, requests for transfer may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hour in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may result in the loss of that treatment from your package.

Membership Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for any unused treatments or remaining balance.

Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances, please contact us to discuss potential accommodations.
